Employee Family Assistance Program (EFAP) - grief support and resources
Hello colleagues,
The HR Wellness and Abilities team is reaching out to remind you of the variety of resources available through the College’s Employee Family Assistance Program.
We are saddened by the impact the loss of many individuals has had on the College. It is important to pause, reflect and be kind to ourselves and to others who may be directly or indirectly impacted by these losses. When you lose someone, or you know someone who has lost someone, it often comes with a variety of mixed emotions.
Should the need arise, a variety of supports and resources are available to all employees and their immediate family through the College’s Employee Family Assistance Program (EFAP). The following resources may be helpful personally or when providing support to a colleague, friend or family member.

These resources, along with many more for yourself, your family or your team can be found on the EFAP platform along with direct access to live chat, phone support and the ability to schedule an appointment directly with a counsellor.

TEAMS App: Under Apps search TELUS Health One, click add, right click to pin to your toolbar. Log in with your College email and password via single-sign-on process. Please note this access is not connected to your AC TEAMS account, it is a feature that enables you to easily access the secure TELUS Health portal.

Please note this process is not connected to your college email account. Sign in just enables you to access the secure TELUS Health portal
